Meet Lea

A fourth generation Colorado native, Lea’s extensive real estate knowledge stems from her family roots. Her great-grandfather, Henry C. VanSchaack founded VanSchaack Real Estate Company in 1920. It was THE pre-eminent real estate company until sold in the early 1980’s. An Independent Broker for over 15 years with experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Lea combines her knowledge of the market with honesty and integrity to create an extremely positive Real Estate experience.

Previously, Lea worked with TurnKey Development Management Group identifying and acquiring land representing such clients as TCF National Bank and Girls Inc.

Living, working and raising her children in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood for 25 years, Lea is familiar with Denver’s neighborhoods as well as the surrounding suburbs. More recently, Lea lived in a Downtown Denver condo and now currently resides in the Cheesman Park neighborhood. Whether a first-time homebuyer, or a savvy real estate investor, Lea provides the same thorough, white-glove, personal service to all.

Lea uses her multiple networks to the advantage of her clients. Focusing on the personal relationship is paramount to the successful transaction.

A former ski coach and tennis player, Lea brings the competitive edge needed in todays market.

In addition to real estate, Lea is a community volunteer with Cancer League of Colorado, raising money through Over The Edge events. Her love and appreciation for all things beautiful are nurtured in memberships at The Botanic Gardens and Denver Art Museum.
